Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you need to cancel your appointment you need to do so 72 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment.

If you need to adjust your appointment and change the date you need to do so 72 hours BEFORE your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours before your deposit will be forfeit and will not be applied to a future reservation. You will need to make an additional appointment in the future to reschedule.

Private Event Cancellation Policy:

We have a 14 day cancellation policy for ALL private events, parties, and special events. This means that if you need to cancel your appointment you need to do so 14 days BEFORE your scheduled event. If you need to adjust your event and change the date you need to do so 14 days BEFORE your event. If you do not cancel or reschedule your event 14 days before your deposit will be forfeit and will not be applied to a future reservation. You will need to make an additional appointment in the future to reschedule.

In the event that your permanent jewelry piece has any issues at the place a Nova Stella Jewels Tech

linked your bracelet - ie at the jump ring, wire, or link. We will RE-FUSE it for FREE. You will need to make an appointment by calling us and show us a photo so we can block time for you to come and have it re-welded.

In the event that your permanent jewelry piece is needed to be removed due to a medical emergency, MRI, or surgery. We will re-weld it back on FOR FREE as long as you have it removed AT THE JUMP RING or welded joint and bring the piece[back in. You will need to make an appointment for this re-weld.

In the event that your permanent jewelry piece is broken, snagged, lost, damaged, stretched, or falls off at ANY point other than the welded joint that we completed- there will be a re-weld fee of $20 if it is fixable. This means, you need to bring in ALL of the pieces that were detached so that we can attempt to re-weld and fix it for you and then reattach it. If it is deemed that your piece may not be fixed due to the damage we will not be able to re-weld it for you and you will have the option to purchase a new piece at the time of your appointment. Absolutely no refunds will be given for lost, stolen, damaged, or snagged pieces.

Individual Appointments

There's a 25$ NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for individual appointment that is applied towards the piece you select. 

Private party/Events 

Theres a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for private parties & events towards your total costs. This is subject to change based on event size discussed during consultation.
